Friendship with God: A Spirituality for Living Now!
August 13th through August 18th
A Guided Retreat Facilitated by Father Paul R. Fagan, CP
This retreat will explore the tradition of friendship with God as found in scripture and in the history of Christianity. The retreat will consider the marks of friendship, in particular – benevolence, mutuality, and becoming another self for the other and what these marks mean when the friend is God.
Finally, it is the hope of this retreat and preacher that all who enter into the retreat might see friendship with God as a way of living life and come to see themselves as friends of God. Each day, the presenter will offer a reflection and daily mass with a homily. Opportunities for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, a penance service and confession will be available.
